My wife and I had a lot that we wished to sell, perhaps in the spring of 2015 when interest might be higher then at the end of the year. Kevin was going to list the lot then buft then asked our permission to show the lot early in the fall of 2014. We thought why not and gave the OK. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Came onsite with a market plan, had a professional photographer come in to take pics, but before that, made some recommendations on touching up paint and had a recommendation on that. Photos from his photographer were top-notch, and he followed up with a nice thank-you card. Very responsive to any questions or feedback, pulled very relevant comps to find the market price that made sense for us. Quick turnaround on paperwork too!
